From the team behind The Mexican, Black Tap, and Pie Tap, Evelyn isn’t just a steakhouse—it’s an experience, bringing a more sophisticated nightlife to Dallas with dinner, drinks, and a vibrant music atmosphere. Inspired by the most glamorous moments of 20th-century entertainment, its design weaves together the 1950s Hollywood Golden Age with the free-spirited energy of ‘70s disco and rock.
Evelyn’s 9,500-square-foot space offers three unique spaces to entertain and dine guests. The Ruby Room, a sultry, moody bar draped in deep reds and velvety textures, is perfect for pre-dinner drinks or lingering and relaxing. The Piano Room sits at the heart of the restaurant, where candlelit tables and plush seating set the stage for an unforgettable steak dinner. Enter Room Seven offering a grand finale to an evening out that’s inspired by high-energy ‘70s and ‘80s dance clubs. This late-night cocktail lounge was the inspiration for Evelyn.
This glamorous steakhouse offers some of the finest steaks sourced from local ranches, like Rosewood Ranch, DemKota Ranch in South Dakota, and Allen Brothers. Hungry customers can try the tomahawk ribeye from Australia or the juicy Japanese Miyazaki A5 wagyu, which is seared tableside on a sizzling hot rock.
Seafood lovers will love and enjoy Evelyn’s seafood menu of fresh oysters, lobster, and top-notch, luxury caviar. Seafood towers are served in sizes either Petite or the Grande, ready to thrill with fresh horseradish, cocktail sauce, champagne mignonette, butter, and lemon.
For drinks, The Price of Fame ($150) lives up to its grand name with Nolet’s Reserve Gin, black truffle bitters, caviar-stuffed olives, and dry vermouth. The ice-cold martini selection ($17–$22) features timeless options like The House martini, made with Bombay Sapphire.
