Lone Star Cafe, a family-owned breakfast, lunch, and brunch spot, opened its doors and fired up its grill on February 28, offering made-from-scratch homestyle comfort food in Keller’s Center Stage development.
At this all-day breakfast concept, customers can order fluffy biscuits and gravy, eggs, breakfast skillets, French toast, waffles, wraps, burgers, benedicts, and sandwiches. The reasonably priced menu is large with lots to offer, like the four-berry fruit rush waffle, veggie omelet with turkey and hash browns, Montecristo sandwich with turkey sausage, and a Philly sandwich with grilled chicken and a side tzatziki sauce fries. The restaurant also serves crepes, yogurt parfaits, oatmeal, avocado toast, French toast topped with berries, granola, and yogurt.

Lone Star Cafe is owned by Phil Doko, a veteran restaurateur who also owns a Lone Star Cafe in Arlington, which opened in 2021.
