Cliff Coffee at Plano’s Assembly Park is marking its one-year anniversary with a neighborhood festival on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The celebration will feature local vendors, face painting, activities, and an on-site tattoo artist.
Brave customers willing to get the Cliff Coffee logo tattooed on themselves will earn free drip coffee for life. For anyone who loves coffee but isn’t quite ready to make that level of commitment, Cliff Coffee will offer drip coffee for just $1 from September 26 through September 29, 2026, with the promotion wrapping up on National Coffee Day.
The anniversary festival is a thank-you to the customers, local makers, and small businesses that have supported Cliff Coffee during its first year in Plano. The New Mexico-themed coffee shop opened at 6185 Assembly Park Blvd. in the fall 2025 as part of Blender Brands’ trio of concepts at Assembly Park, alongside Assembly Icehouse and Tacoro Tacos & Tequila.
Cliff Coffee has worked with North Texas and Texas businesses including Lemma Roasters in Lewisville for coffee, Bear Naked Honey in Allen, Tongue in Cheek for ice cream, and Mill-King dairy in Waco. Its menu includes handcrafted espresso and tea drinks along with pastries, tacos, breads, and desserts.
Customers can try the coffee shop’s signature drinks, such as The Tumbleweed, a brown sugar caramel shaken espresso served over milk. Customers wanting a little more kick can opt for the Mexican Stand-off, a caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon latte finished with cayenne pepper.
