Frisco just got a little luckier—Lucky Goat Coffee, a beloved coffee chain from Florida, has officially landed in North Texas. The café opened its doors on March 20 at 2440 Eldorado Pkwy, suite 210, in West Towne Center, bringing its signature brews and welcoming vibe to Frisco and beyond.
Lucky Goat Coffee began its journey in 2010 in Tallahassee, Florida, founded by Ben Pautsch as a coffee roastery supplying beans to other cafés. Five years later, it evolved into a full-fledged coffee shop. Now with six thriving locations in Florida, Frisco marks its first expansion into Texas—and the shop is already gaining a fan following.
While Lucky Goat serves up a full menu of espresso-based drinks, its real claim to fame is lots of coffee, espresso, and coffee varieties. The shop offers a wider selection of brewed coffee and cold brews like the Cold Gold and the Goat Bomb (cold brew plus espresso).
They also serve chai lattes, matcha lattes, and hot chocolate for a cozy alternative. Each Lucky Goat location has its own unique character, and Frisco’s café is no exception. Alongside their signature drinks, they’re offering a selection of freshly baked kolaches, muffins, danishes, and scones, sourced from a local bakery in Irving.

This community-focused coffee shop is owned by franchisee Sabrina Watkins and her family, who saw an opportunity to bring a fresh coffee experience to North Texas.
Beyond serving up delicious drinks, Lucky Goat doubles as a hub for coffee education. To further the customer’s coffee knowledge, the shop hosts workshops led by expert baristas, teaching everything from brewing techniques and coffee processing to the art of crafting the perfect latte from the comfort of your home.
