Asian-inspired bakery Cream Bunny Bakery Cafe opened its doors at 314 E. Hickory St., Suite 111, offering a delicious lineup of house-made donuts, fresh baked breads, cream croissants, specialty coffee, and breakfast sandwiches to the heart of the city. The family-owned bakery celebrated its soft opening on August 27, 2026, in Denton Square.
Cream Bunny combines a bakery, coffeehouse, and breakfast spot with an Alice in Wonderland-inspired wall, adding a little whimsy to the dining room. Everything from its baked goods, breads, tortillas, sauces, and syrups used in its coffee drinks are made in-house.
The pastry case is packed with yummy selection like cream croissants in flavors Orea Cookies & Cream, Lotus Biscoff, Pistachio Cream, Berry Cream, and Tiramisu. Donut flavors get even more adventurous with options like crème brûlée, blueberry cheesecake, cookie butter, strawberry matcha, banana pudding, and a coconut variety. There’s even a Dubai chocolate-inspired donut featuring pistachio, kataifi, and pistachio cream.
The menu includes breakfast biscuit sandwiches built around eggs, fried chicken, and breakfast meats such as bacon, sausage and ham, served on brioche buns or biscuits. Guests can also grab breakfast tacos made with fresh tortillas or choose from a pair of fried chicken sandwiches.

The drink menu includes traditional coffee and espresso beverages along with specialty espresso drinks, giving Denton another option for pairing caffeine with something sweet.
With scratch-made pastries, towering specialty donuts, cronuts, and a surprisingly substantial breakfast menu, Cream Bunny looks ready to give Denton residents another reason to make a detour downtown.
