LSA Burger Co. opened its newest location at 218 W. Walnut St. in downtown Celina in mid-August, bringing a Texas-themed burger concept to one of North Texas’ fastest-growing communities.
The restaurant focuses on the state’s music legends, with burgers that carry names and references Texas music fans will immediately recognize. The burger joint is a place where food, live music, and Texas culture come together.
One of the menu staples is the Waylon, a classic burger with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions that’s a nod to country legend Waylon Jennings.
The menu is packed with juicy burgers like the Georgie Boy, featuring cheddar, bacon, and house mayo, and inspired by country music icon George Strait. Blues fans can try the Stevie, topped with blue cheese dressing, bacon, and hot sauce, or the Double Trouble, loaded with Havarti, guacamole, and other toppings in tribute to Texas blues.
Then there’s the Chili Willie, which piles Texas chili, Fritos, cheddar, and onions onto a burger in a combination that would probably make Willie Nelson proud.

The menu stretches beyond burgers, too, with Texas-inspired starters and sides including brisket queso, Texas chili, and garlic Parmesan fries.
LSA Burger Co. got its start in Denton with the idea of creating a burger restaurant that celebrated Texas music and culture. The company later expanded to Grandscape in The Colony in October 2022. Celina now becomes the third stop in the growing North Texas lineup.
LSA describes its restaurants as places where friends and families can hang out, listen to music, and enjoy a laid-back atmosphere rooted in Texas culture.
This newest restaurant fits right into a transforming historic downtown area that’s quickly becoming a destination for dining, entertainment, events, and community gatherings.
