Frisco’s very own 5th grader Sharon Kaur Sara will have her winning drawing about kindness featured on Google’s homepage all day today, Wednesday, September 23, 2020.
Every year thousands of U.S. students submit their artwork into Google’s yearly Doodle For Google contest. The 2020 theme is rightfully “I show kindness by …”
With this in mind, Sharon created her colorful illustration titled “Together As One” which is the perfect message for this bumpy year. She had the following to say about how she showed kindness,
“I show kindness by sticking together with my friends in tough times. I drew people coming together because of their personality.”
Sharon’s beautiful illustration shows a diverse group of friends standing together holding hands with their hair playfully spelling “Google.” Great message and great work Sharon!
