East Dallas just gained a new neighborhood restaurant called Goodwin’s on Greenville Avenue. The new spot is managed and run by close friends and Dallas restaurateurs Jeff Bekavac, Austin Rodgers (owner of Alamo Club and Mayer’s Garden), and David Cash (owner of Smoky Rose), each have decades of experience in building and growing Dallas restaurants. The upscale restaurant opened its doors on May 21, 2024.
The restaurant will provide upscale American dining, including fresh salads, a raw bar menu with oysters, tuna cones, raw seafood, plus bar snacks, and bistro fare like pork chops, salmon, rigatoni and other Italian dishes, fish, beef, and chicken dishes.
Unwind in the Goose Bar where customers can find beer, wine, martinis, and other delicious cocktails.
Light wood floors, low ceilings, and dark lighting give the restaurant and bar an air of intimacy and coziness, creating a classic and upscale, but family-friendly atmosphere.
