Pantalones Organic Tequila, founded by Matthew and Camila McConaughey, joined forces with alcohol-infused dessert company Tipsy Scoop to launch a pair of frozen treats inspired by summer.
The collaboration arrived just in time for National Tequila Day (July 24, 2026) and introduced two tequila-based desserts for adults seeking a refreshing seasonal indulgence. One new flavor is a limited-edition Pantalones Peaches & Cream Margarita Ice Cream, which combines peach-flavored ice cream with Pantalones Organic Reposado Tequila and lime for a cocktail-inspired dessert. The flavor is available at all Tipsy Scoop locations nationwide, starting on July 22, 2026, and continuing through the end of August.
The partnership also includes a Texas-exclusive creation that pays tribute to Dallas’ growing culinary scene. Tipsy Scoop’s upcoming Dallas Margarita Sorbet blends organic tequila, orange liqueur, and fresh lime into a dairy-free, vegan-friendly frozen dessert. The sorbet will become a permanent menu offering at Tipsy Scoop’s new Dallas location, expected to open this summer.
The collaboration reflects a broader trend in the food and beverage industry, where premium spirit brands are increasingly partnering with dessert makers to reach consumers.
