Tommy’s Hamburger Grill opened a new flagship location at 5228 Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth, one year after suffering a fire in 2025 that damaged the restaurant’s roof. The original location opened in 2002.

The newly designed Tommy’s Hamburger Grill includes a bar with multiple local beers on tap, as well as fried catfish plates and signature half-pound burgers, made with Nolan Ryan beef. Burger menu items include a new limited-time patty melt with Gouda cheese, grilled onions, and spicy mayo on Texas toast, which is also available at the other two locations— Tommy’s Burgers and Brews at 1736 Mall Circle and Tommy’s Hamburger Grill and Patio at 2455 Forest Park Boulevard in Fort Worth.

Guests should also try the loaded Junkyard Burger, Green Chile Goat Cheeseburger, Jalapeno Cheeseburger, the turkey burger, and more. The Gouda patty melt and a kimchi burger won the burger competition at the 2023 Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival. Customers can also find salads, sandwiches, catfish baskets, chicken tenders, and chicken fried steak.

Don’t miss these award-winning burgers and limited time patty melt in a new, refreshed space.
