The West 7th location of The Dirdie Birdie, an Austin-based bar and restaurant concept, opened on July 8, 2026, in the old Bottled Blonde location in Fort Worth.

The Dirdie Birdie is bringing food and fun to Fort Worth’s West 7th district, offering miniature golf, handcrafted cocktails, and casual dining. The entertainment venue combines a full-service restaurant and bar with a 12-hole indoor mini-golf course, creating a playful destination that stays true to the neighborhood’s energetic atmosphere. On Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, guests can keep the fun going until 2 a.m.

The Fort Worth venue is the Austin-based brand’s first expansion beyond its hometown. The miniature golf courses are immersive art installations that tell the story of Austin and Fort Worth, one hole at a time. Its custom-made mini-golf course incorporates local flavor, with holes inspired by Fort Worth icons such as TCU and the Stockyards, while also referencing the city of Austin.

The food menu offers a mix of shareable starters and hearty entrees, including white bean hummus, Bang Bang popcorn shrimp, yellowfin tuna tostadas, steak frites, a 24-hour coffee-braised short rib, and the signature 7th Street Smash Burger. Guests can also look forward to a weekend brunch service, which is expected to launch in August.

The beverage program was created in collaboration with Fort Worth hospitality veterans Travis Tober and Daniel Warrilow, the team behind Nickel City. The venue also plans to begin hosting private events and group gatherings starting in August.
