A new wine lounge, Pop & Pour, will debut in mid-May in Colleyville, offering an elegant setting to sip champagne and sparkling wine and nosh on small plates.
The concept is designed to be a lively social space where guests can celebrate special occasions, meet friends after work, or enjoy a relaxed night out. The atmosphere mixes upscale touches with a comfortable neighborhood feeling, giving Colleyville residents another locally driven nightlife option.
Pop & Pour plans to feature a carefully selected lineup of champagnes and sparkling wines from a variety of regions, paired with shareable dishes such as charcuterie boards and light appetizers. Customers will find champagne, cava, prosecco, sparkling rosé, all imported and domestic, with some non-alcoholic sparkling options. There will also be an exclusive cookie made by The Cookie Bar, a neighboring business.

The lounge will hold 30 people, including seven seats at an L-shaped marble-topped bar. The vibrant environment features a turquoise interior and fun, comfortable lounge furniture.
Once open, Pop & Pour is expected to become a go-to spot for celebrations, girls’ nights, date nights, and weekend gatherings centered around sparkling pours and a polished atmosphere, where moments feel special, the same feeling when you pop a cork.
