One of the oldest storefronts along Round Rock’s historic Main Street has a new occupant. Bed Rock Breakfast & Bar opened on October 28, 2026, bringing all-day breakfast, American comfort food, and a retro-inspired atmosphere to downtown Round Rock.
Located at 114 E. Main Street, the menu features plenty of breakfast favorites, including French toast, breakfast tacos, and hearty breakfast plates. Guests can build their own breakfast tacos with their choice of tortillas, proteins, and toppings, including bacon, sausage, chorizo, avocado, queso, and more.
Popular menu items include the Excuse My French breakfast with French toast, two eggs, and a choice of bacon, sausage, or ham. Try the delicious brisket omelet or fluffy pancakes. The Bed Rock Special features home potatoes, two eggs, bacon or sausage, and toast or a biscuit and gravy.

Bed Rock also serves chicken-fried steak and burgers, including its signature Bed Rock Burger, made with a smash-style beef patty, lettuce, tomato, and cheese on a brioche bun.
The restaurant also offers specialty cocktails, draft beer, and wine. With indoor seating and an outdoor patio, it’s a great option for a relaxed meal or catching up with friends.
