The Wriggly Tin, a brewpub near Dallas’ Fair Park, closed temporarily a few months ago for internal changes. After months of brainstorming and a rearranging of the internal space, an exciting new brewpub and restaurant concept will open its doors in 2025.

According to the Far-Out Dallas Instagram page, Far-Out (open now) and La Hermana Cerveceria (coming in 2025), a new restaurant and brewery takes shape, stemming from the collaboration of industry veterans Marc Cassel of The Green Room and 20 Feet Seafood Joint, Christopher Jeffers of Bolsa and Smoke, and Stephanie Houston, the first Latina Production distillery owner.

The Instagram page noted that Bar Director Adam Mercado, whose resume includes stints at Billy Can Can and Brass Ram, will create a unique beverage program, with support from talented mixologist Brian McCullough. Together, they will offer unforgettable drink experiences to complement a delicious culinary menu once the restaurant opens soon.
