New Pasta, Steak, and Seafood Restaurant Comes to Far North Dallas

Far North Dallas gains a new seafood and steak restaurant named Even Coast, which opened August 19, 2024, on Belt Line Road. It’s the creation from esteemed Dallas chef Omar Flores, known for his restaurant Casa Rubia in Trinity Groves. He also opened chicken and biscuit restaurant Whistle Britches and Tex-Mex restaurant Muchacho.

This beautiful neighborhood restaurant serves steak and seafood, as well as fresh pasta made in house.

Seafood starters include oysters on the half shell, chilled jumbo shrimp, smoked salmon dip, and yellowtail crudo. Appetizers on the menu include steak tartare, cornmeal dusted oysters, and crispy calamari. Customers can find crispy fresh salads like the greens salad and the wedge salad.

The house-made pastas come piping hot and fresh, such as crab bucatini, beef and pork Bolognese, and fusilli with pesto. Sandwiches include a double cheeseburger, prime rib sandwich, cod tacos, and a lobster roll. The main menu presents steaks, Pacific swordfish, salmon, scallops, Spanish octopus, and more. Enjoy sides to share like rosemary fries and shells and cheese.
