The annual holiday-themed Tipsy Elf has closed up shop and transformed into a new summer-fun, beach party pop-up named Tipsy Beach. Tipsy Beach, presented by Exxir, is an immersive pop-up bar experience, creating a beach getaway with 85 yards of sand and themed beach bars in the heart of Bishop Arts, from June 7 to July 7, 2024.
Tipsy Beach will feature four Florida-themed bars, each offering a unique experience: Ocean Drive Bar, Mojitoville, Casa Versace, and Bishop Arts Beach Club.
Ocean Drive Bar: Party like you are on Ocean Drive, sipping tropical cocktails and experiencing some tastes and sights of Miami.
Mojitoville: In Mojitoville, every sip of a delicious mojitos transports you to a tropical getaway where you can dance to Caribbean beats.
Casa Versace: Party in luxury at Casa Versace, where 80’s glamor meets the beach. Sip on sophisticated cocktails and relax in a scene that is a flashback to Gianni Versace’s Mediterranean villa.
Bishop Arts Beach Club: Chill and play in the sand at the Bishop Arts Beach Club, where it’s like a day at the beach with surfboards, sandcastles, craft cocktails, and fun. Don’t forget your sunscreen.

Throughout the month, guests will be able to enjoy a variety of themed events and dance parties like a kick-off Toga Party, MTV TRL Summer party, and a Hawaiian Luau. Guests can also experience live music performances, beach games, and more.
