Victory Social opened in Dallas’ Victory Park on November 7, offering a unique multi-concept dining and food hall with six restaurants, crafted by James Beard-nominated Chef Joshua Harmon of Hospitality Alliance. The 12,000-square-foot space brings together a variety of exciting and delicious chef-driven and culinary options, including the return of Birdie, Chef Harmon’s much-loved fried chicken concept formerly at The Exchange Food Hall in downtown Dallas. Other highlights include the all-day café Rise & Thyme, the casual lunchtime destination Park Bistro, the modern taqueria Itza Cocina, Victory Grill with house-butchered meats and fresh seafood, and the Italian-inspired Doro Italiano. All the food is prepared in a central kitchen, guided by the culinary expert Chef Harmon.

In December, guests can enjoy full dining from a curated dinner menu with signature dishes such as duck frites, Berkshire pork cheek, and grilled prawns, complemented by a global wine selection, craft cocktails, and draft beer.

At Victory Social, customers will also have the flexibility to walk up to any station and place a food order or enjoy full-service dining, where everyone at the table can choose dishes from any of the menus. Beverage options are expansive at the food hall, featuring 25 wines by the glass, custom cocktails, draft beers, and popular packaged drinks like canned beers and more.
