Premium breakfast, brunch, and lunch entrepreneurs Chris Milton, Clay Carson, James Gray, and Bret Baumgartner collaborated to launch the Twisted Egg Shack. They opened their first drive-thru Twisted Egg Shack unit in Beaumont on September 16, 2024. The Twisted Egg Shack offers casual dining with fast food speed and farm-fresh goodness.
According to the press release, the brand stems from Chris Milton, co-founder of the Toasted Yolk Cafe franchise that opened in 2010 in Houston, Bret Baumgartner, the Toasted Yolk Cafe’s top performing franchise partner, James Gray who manages Corporate Support, and Clay Carson, the franchise development veteran who developed more 100 hundred premium breakfast and lunch locations.
The restaurant, known as the Egg Shack, offers farm fresh, made-to-order food only from the finest ingredients, a premium coffee menu with lattes, espressos, and iced coffees, and signature mimosas with your choice of juice. Customers can order shareables like donut holes and French toast sticks, and handhelds like the Twisted Chicken and the Ham-Held. If tacos strike your fancy, the menu offers that as well, plus omelets, egg platters, Belgian waffles, brunch bowls, salads, sandwiches, and more. Try signature items like the Twisted Egg Burrito and the famous Loaded Avocado Toast in convenient to-go packaging.
