Rock & Brews, a bar and restaurant with a rock motif and brainchild of KISS frontmen Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, is scheduled to open on July 2, 2024, in Grapevine on Highway 121, north of DFW Airport.
After more than a decade in business, Rock and Brews knows their stuff and its never boring. Customers can find non-traditional selections and creative spins on the standards from pizzerias, burger places, and brewpubs. Menu items are created from scratch, using fresh ingredients from the local community. The beer selection caters to the craft beer movement and includes unique options from the local neighborhood, as well as traditional choices from around the globe. The idea behind the California-based Rock and Brews concept came from concert promoter Dave Furano and his brother, restaurateur Michael Zislis.

The first Rock & Brews opened in 2010, bringing to the public live music, rock star branding, food, craft cocktails, and beer. There are several locations across the U.S., including one in The Colony.
