Are you looking for a unique entertainment-centric dining experience? The newest Sidecar Social is opening at The Star on Monday, September 25, 2023. The restaurant bar will sit at 6770 Winning Dr., in a space that was home to Trophy Park Sports Bar.
Sidecar Social stems from North Texas-based On Deck Concepts (Boomerjack’s). The Frisco concept first came to light in 2021.
Founded by Brent Tipps, the first Sidecar Social debuted in Addison in August 2019. You would think that opening right before a pandemic would be disastrous; however, Sidecar has flourished all these years.
This second location will offer guests a multi-sensory, social experience in a 23,000-square-foot space that seats more than 700 people. You can enjoy the climate-controlled patio, multiple bars, game rooms, massive sports viewing screens, and an indoor and outdoor stage for live music and events.
Those who come through Sidecar’s doors will be mesmerized by the massive 32-foot video wall inside and three additional 16-foot- video walls (two inside and one on the patio).
The climate-controlled patio is a year-round oasis, with almost 3,600 square feet of covered space, roll-up garage doors, and fake grass areas for a fun, casual dining experience. Additional patio space features private cabanas with personal TVs, couches, and fire pits.
Come hungry to Sidecar Social and find an expansive menu that lists share plates, flatbreads, burgers, and main dishes like braised short rib and grilled salmon. If you love brunch, Sidecar offers weekend brunch.
Take your pick of three bars: two downstairs, with a total of 60 seats, and one on the upstairs mezzanine, with an additional 10 seats, all serving craft cocktails and a selection of brews.
Game lovers can play pop shot, Skee-Ball, ping pong, darts, cornhole, and eight-person foosball. Upstairs will feature three private karaoke rooms that transforms into one large room for groups and events. Murals and 3D art provide a fantastic backdrop for social media photo opportunities. Loads of fun is what you will have at this grand place.
