Fort Worth food truck entrepreneur Christopher Rasmussen, owner of popular food truck, Mama Lama Sweets, recently launched a new food truck venture named Monkeyshines, serving fresh and delicious smash burgers and fries.

The small menu delivers on quality and flavor. Customers can order The Shines with six ounces of smashed brisket burger, American cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and a house made sauce. The Loaded Fries item delivers loads of crispy fries, smashed brisket cheeseburger, bacon, grilled onions, jalapenos, and house made burger sauce. The Lil’ Monkey is a brisket cheeseburger with delicious fries.

Rasmussen’s other food truck, Mama Lama Sweets, serves waffles-on-a-stick plus offers various toppings to make sweet waffle pops, like fresh strawberries, whipped cream, blueberries, and chocolate drizzles, to name a few. Mama Lama Sweets also serves paninis.

Monkeyshines serves North Texas and beyond. North Texans can book the food truck for events, and the truck also offers some fun events throughout the year. The truck is usually parked at HopFusion on Thursdays and does Harris Hospital pop-ups in Fort Worth.
