Boots & Booze, a new hospitality concept from Dallas-based Wush Hospitality Group, will open its first phase on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 3014 Main Street, directly across from Terry Black’s Barbecue in Deep Ellum.

Designed as an all-day gathering spot, Boots & Booze combines casual dining and outdoor entertainment. Guests can enjoy a morning coffee, meet friends for happy hour, and even book the wedding chapel.

The initial opening will introduce three distinct spaces: The Window, The Courtyard, and the Shotgun Wedding Chapel.

The Window will serve as the venue’s walk-up dining destination, offering everything from early-morning breakfast to late-night comfort food. Weekday service begins at 6:30 a.m., while weekend brunch starts at 11 a.m.

The menu features a variety of hearty dishes, including a Crispy Potato and Egg Sandwich for breakfast, a Golden Honey Chicken Breast Sandwich, a Main Street Philly, and Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese for lunch. Evening selections include Hearty Chicken, Crispy Potatoes, and After Hours Potatoes.

Weekend brunch will include Hot Honey Chicken French Toast and shareable brunch boards. Lighter dishes and gluten-free selections will also be available.

Guests looking for something to drink can choose from specialty coffees, beer, wine, and cocktails. Among the signature offerings is the Cold Fashioned, a frozen spin on the classic Old Fashioned made with Still Austin Whiskey.

The Courtyard will provide an open-air space where guests can relax, socialize, and enjoy entertainment. The dog-friendly area will feature its own bar, a live music stage, and flexible seating designed to accommodate everything from casual afternoons to sporting events and neighborhood gatherings.

The most interesting attraction is the Shotgun Wedding Chapel, a fun addition allowing couples to exchange vows in the heart of Deep Ellum. The chapel will also function as a wedding venue, with ceremonies and celebrations expected throughout the year. Intimate ceremonies will cost around $350, and the venue will also be available for divorce parties.

A future phase will introduce a full-service restaurant, but its opening date has not yet been announced.
