Looking for a new dinner or date-night hotspot with an elevated cocktail lounge vibe? The Imperial Room opened on October 16, 2026, at The Star in Frisco, steps away from the Cowboys headquarters and the Ford Center. The elegant bar and lounge features craft cocktails, cozy booths, and standout dishes.
This new restaurant comes from the team behind Cane Rosso, Zoli’s Pizza, and Thunderbird Pies, and takes inspiration from New York City’s intimate cocktail bars. Among the many highlights is the Imperial Freezer Martini, coming to your table straight from the freezer and served in a chilled glass. The Calaboose Old Fashioned is a tribute to Frisco’s history and a small concrete jail, built in 1912 and in operation until the 1950s.
The menu combines familiar favorites with detailed touches, making it easy to enjoy a full dinner or order a few shareable plates alongside a round of drinks. Pasta fans can try a delicious pasta, like the Cacio e pepe with pecorino and black pepper. There’s even a roast beef sandwich. Share some bites with friends or family, such as focaccia, meat and cheese boards, or the cheesy Caesar salad.
As The Star continues to expand its dining and entertainment offerings, The Imperial Room adds another exciting option to The Star. For those looking to switch up their usual dinner routine, this new Frisco destination offers a taste of New York City cocktail culture here in North Texas.
