San Antonio residents no longer need to head out to the woods to get a taste of camping and they can even a joy beer and a show while they’re at it!
After making the announcement over Christmas break, Camp 1604 is now officially open to serve San Antonio with some quality booze and an array of entertainment. The opening began on December 27, Monday at 4 PM.
Sitting on the Northwest Side at 5535 N Loop 1604, Camp 1604 exhibits a nature-inspired design and will be its signature looks. It also measures 4000-square-foot from the indoors while twice as that at 8000-square-foot when sizing the beer garden, which consists of camping chairs, picnic tables, and oak trees.
Camp 1604 is open Monday-Friday 4PM-2AM for all and Saturday & Sunday 11AM-2AM for those 21+. They have also teamed up with Holy Smoke BBQ + Taquitos food truck to offer some “seriously good BBQ” Wednesday-Friday 5PM-11PM and Saturday & Sunday 11AM-11PM.

Not alone in its grand opening, an arcade-inspired concept, Kung Fu Saloon, is also set to open in the coming weeks. Apart from the upcoming nearby establishment, the Camp 1604 beer garden is also at close proximity to major attractions, like Topgolf and Andretti Indoor Karting.
