Canadian hospitality group, Joey Restaurants, will soon open a JOEY restaurant at Dallas’ NorthPark Center on January 18, 2024. It will be the first of three Dallas locations, and the brand-new location will sit at the former Seasons 52 space on the first floor of NorthPark’s south corridor off Northwest Highway.

JOEY offers a modern American concept serving globally inspired food and beverages, such as steak, fire-torched sushi, bowls, and burgers. Signature items include the classic steak dish, crispy mashed potatoes, hummus, seared salmon sushi, and sake-glazed sea bass. The bar menu includes wine selections from an in-house sommelier, cocktails like the Spicy Passionfruit Margarita and Real Peach Bellini, and the Joey Supers, a twist on a highball with lemon and lime slush.

Guests will enter a more than 10,000-square-foot dining room, lounge, and patio with enough space to relax and have a delicious meal or celebrate something exciting in a private event room.

Restaurant staff includes Executive Chef Matthew Stowe, a Top Chef Canada winner who competed on Iron Chef from Japan and Bocuse d’Or. The head chef of JOEY Dallas is Zach Helm, who is relocating to Dallas from Houston.

Part of JOEY’s experience is art. JOEY Dallas will display works composed by international and Texas-based artists with a vibrant, cosmopolitan aesthetic and Western inspiration. Guests will find commissioned pieces from artists like B. Shawn Cox, Melinda Buie, and Whitney Avra.

The first JOEY opened in Canada in 1992. Now the restaurant group boasts 30 locations in several Canadian cities and in the U.S. in Seattle, California, Miami, and Houston, where it opened at the Galleria in 2021. Each JOEY restaurant is unique, but all restaurants offer yummy food, lively environments, and spectacular experiences.
