Deep Ellum’s bar lineup is expanding in late May with the highly anticipated opening of Queen’s Head Pub, an authentic British-style pub opening on Downtown Dallas’ Elm Street. The concept will take over the former Green Room space, transforming the longtime venue into a 6,000-square-foot immersive space with the charm of a traditional English pub.

The project stems from Deep Ellum Collective, led by longtime neighborhood veteran Eric Bradford, and marks the Collective’s second concept in Deep Ellum. With the 2026 FIFA World Cup on the horizon, the pub is expected to be lively and communal, particularly for soccer watch parties and large gatherings.

The menu will focus on traditional pub staples and hearty plates, including fish and chips, shepherd’s pie, and bangers and mash, as well as snacks like Scotch eggs and sausage rolls. More menu highlights include Guinness beef stew, handheld classics like the QHP Burger, and delicious desserts like the toffee bread pudding. Behind the bar, the beverage program will highlight English beers and Guinness, served by the pint, and a range of cocktails, wine, and domestic drafts.

Design-wise, the space will portray a classic English pub, with rich wood accents, vintage-inspired details, and a prominent central bar. Guests can expect a mix of seating options, from shared tables to more intimate corners, along with a rooftop patio designed to be a year-round hangout.

Overall, Queen’s Head will be the new go-to neighborhood spot that’s proudly English and uniquely Texan.
