Daddy’s Chicken Shack, a Colorado-based fried chicken chain, settles in Dallas with a brand-new restaurant in Colleyville at 4717 Colleyville Boulevard #100. The new place opens on March 19.
The restaurant is open Monday – Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday hours are from 8:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Locally owned and operated by Dale and Ashley Dahlstrom, Daddy’s Chicken Shack specializes in fried chicken sandwiches. It is owned by Area 15 Ventures and managed by REMAX co-founder Dave Liniger.
Daddy’s Chicken Shack uses premium, hormone-free chicken, pressure-cooked to crispy or grilled to perfection for a healthier option.
Some menu items include chicken and waffles, Big Daddy, Nashville Daddy with five heat levels, All American Daddy, Popcorn Chicken, Lil Daddy Flight, and Sunshine Salad.

Guests can also order chicken fingers, seasoned fries, loaded fries, family meals, and a side salad. Customers will also love the crafted sauces like BBQ, ranch, honey mustard, and chive sour cream to name a few.
The restaurant also offers a catering menu. Orders can be made online.
