Pizza Hut’s new innovative Hut ‘N Go concept launched in Plano at 8605 Ohio Drive. This is Pizza Hut’s first U.S. location, featuring self-access pick-up cabinets, self-service kiosks with ready-now items, digital drive-thru menu, and a pizza making station. These modern features help customers conveniently and quickly order the food they want and helps restaurant team members more easily serve customers, elevating the restaurant’s service and improving the customer experience.
The new location keeps sustainability a priority by including energy-efficient lighting, auto lift fryers, and energy-efficient ovens with in-vent hoods and Energy Management System (EMS). The location also boasts an open kitchen approach so guests can see pizza making in real-time.
According to the press release, while the restaurant concept is a first in the U.S., it is already operational in more than 80 markets around the globe. The company has seen results from the new design which offers an enhanced guest experience while also increasing profits and in-restaurant traffic.
Pizza Hut is headquartered in Plano. The location is open from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
