Fort Worth residents have a new food hall destination to add to their dining and entertainment list. Drinks N’ Such will open soon near TCU, introducing a concept that blends food, drinks, sports, and live entertainment into one expansive social hub.

Rather than focusing on a single restaurant experience, Drinks N’ Such features multiple food concepts, offering guests a variety of flavors in one destination. Chef Dave Hollister will lead Le Cluck, a concept focused on elevated chicken dishes, while local chef Alex Drury will oversee a pizza- and Italian-inspired food truck. A third rotating food truck will keep the lineup fresh, featuring different cuisines and trending food concepts throughout the year.

The project brings together an experienced hospitality team. Hollister, known for his work with Wild Acre Brewing and Gas Monkey Bar ‘N Grill, partnered with Southern Hospitality Group founders Clayton Grunewald and Tino DeFranco, whose portfolio includes Reservoir, The Whiskey Garden, and Shot:30. Joining the venture is Drew Boatman, owner of the Rusty Nickel IceHouse and the historic Star Cafe in the Fort Worth Stockyards.

The center of the venue is a spacious indoor hall anchored by Le Cluck, featuring ample seating, two full-service bars, and dozens of televisions for catching the latest games and events. Behind the scenes, a commissary kitchen supports the property’s additional food concepts, which operate from food trucks stationed in an adjoining courtyard. The outdoor space expands the experience with extra seating, a performance stage, lawn games, and room for live entertainment and community gatherings.

Le Cluck takes a creative approach to comfort food, blending chicken dishes with bold global flavors. Wings are available in varieties such as black garlic buffalo, yuzu togarashi butter, and jerk pineapple glaze. Guests can dig into roasted corn ribs finished with chile crisp chimichurri, a Huli Huli chicken shawarma paired with pineapple and serrano yogurt, or a honey lime chile crisp chicken sandwich layered with yuzu aioli and crispy shallots. For those seeking a plant-based option, the No-Cluck Garden Bowl combines farro, roasted vegetables, and crispy oyster mushrooms for a hearty meat-free alternative.

For Fort Worth, Drinks N’ Such adds another unique entertainment destination to a rapidly growing food scene. Whether guests come for the food, the drinks, the game, or the atmosphere, the new venue is positioned to become a popular gathering place for the surrounding community.
