Fans will like the new, time-limited Taco Cabana menu items that will be available at restaurants this month. Hitting all participating Texas stores, Taco Cabana will launch brand-new Fish Tacos, fresh Chilaquiles Bowls, and a Big Red Margarita in February.
Taco Cabana’s New Fish Tacos, which include wild-caught Icelandic cod that has been beer-battered and topped with a creamy pepper-limón sauce, shredded lettuce, and pico de gallo, will be available in time for Lent. You can get the fish tacos separately, on a taco platter, or as a combo. The tacos will be on the menu through Easter and will be available starting on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
With its brand-new Chilaquiles Bowls, which come with crispy tortilla strips topped with scrambled eggs and a choice of ranchero or green sauces for the guest to choose from, Taco Cabana is excited about customers trying these new offerings. Sour cream and cotija cheese are added to the Chilaquiles Bowls. Also, making a comeback this month is Taco Cabana’s traditional salsa verde recipe, which will be served at the in-store salsa bars and to-go. Starting on Wednesday, February 14th, Taco Cabana will be serving Chilaquiles Bowls all day for a short period of time.

Plus, Taco Cabana will introduce its newest Margarita featuring Big Red in time for National Margarita Day on February 22, 2024. Taco Cabana collaborated with Keurig Dr Pepper to create a way to blend Taco Cabana’s margaritas with Big Red to feature a unique, mouth-watering flavor. Guests can purchase the Margarita featuring Big Red as a single serving, a margarita yard, or in gallon size. Customers can also get a limited time combo with two Barbacoa Tacos and the new margarita. All will be available starting Thursday, February 22, for a limited time only.
