A Denver-based smoothie and bowls restaurant named Natuur Bowls and Smoothies opened on Henderson Avenue (1908 N Henderson Avenue) in Dallas. Health-conscious individuals can find nutritious smoothies and açaí bowls.
In 2022, Taylor Spradling, a Dallas native, and partner Zach Van Cleave started Natuur in Denver. They operate two Natuur Bowls and Smoothies in Denver and one in Austin. A fifth location will open in Frisco in 2024.
Natuur’s nutrient-dense smoothies and bowls are mixed with fresh fruits and veggies. Guests can add health boosters like collagen, probiotics, functional mushrooms, and adaptogens to their bowls or smoothies.
Smoothie bowl sizes come in healthy proportions with sugar-free blends, such as açaí or super green. Select between fruits and dry toppings and a unique assortment of drizzles. Each bowl also comes with gluten-free granola. The menu is dairy-free, with numerous vegan and vegetarian options.

The restaurant also has a selection of sourdough toasts in four flavors:
- Avocado
- Peanut butter-banana
- Almond butter with fruit
- Hummus with smoked salmon
The menu also offers hot bowls, like oatmeal and tomato basil soup, seasonal salads, and cold brew coffee.
