Popular Dallas chef Kent Rathbun has been heating up the grill this summer at a new mobile barbecue business called Rathbun’s Curbside BBQ, which is located in downtown Dallas’ at the Klyde Warren Park.
The truck serves up tasty BBQ gems like beef tenderloin, brisket, steaks, ribs, pork, lamb, turkey, chicken, salmon, shrimp, tuna, and delicious sides like Granny Smith Apple Cole Slaw and Maple Brown Sugar Baked Beans. Customers can also purchase some Rathbun Family seasonings for barbecues at home. Rathbun’s Curbside BBQ offers chef-made BBQ in family-size portions for curbside pick-up, as well as for catering or special events.

Rathbun has been a celebrated Dallas chef for three decades and is known for creating award-winning restaurants like Abacus and Jasper’s, among other successes. He originally started the curbside BBQ concept in 2022 off the Katy Trail, partnering with Prescott Realty Group.
