Alliance Town Center has welcomed an exciting new addition to its dining scene with the September 16 grand opening of Son of a Butcher, a vibrant burger joint that encompasses a 2,388-square-foot location, known for its creative sliders and fun atmosphere. The restaurant, which has garnered a loyal following for its signature mini burgers, offers a wide variety of flavors, from classic beef sliders to other options like chicken, pork, and vegetarian patties.
Son of a Butcher offers delicious food and a fun experience. The new location is designed with a modern, laid-back vibe, perfect for casual hangouts with friends, family, and even your favorite dogs. Diners can enjoy their meals inside the stylish dining area or enjoy the outdoors with comfortable outdoor seating, which offers a beautiful view of the busy Alliance Town Center. The dog-friendly patio comes with picnic tables and turf grass, a welcoming area for a good time.
Known as SoB, the chef-inspired concept serves fresh sliders like Wagyu, chicken and veggie sliders, chicken tenders, filthy sodas, creamy shakes, and crispy fries. With options like the PB&J Slider, the savory Burnt Ends, and the Frikka Tikka made with fried chicken and topped with paneer cheese and spicy tikka sauce, each slider promises a culinary adventure. Try the Chili Cheese slider, a new option for the Fall.
Son of a Butcher features sliders made from premium Wagyu beef, chicken, or black beans. The food menu also includes sides, such as Thai Chili Brussels Sprouts, onion rings, nacho fries, and waffle fries.
The menu includes a wide selection of sliders, fries, milkshakes, and adult beverages for those looking to pair their meal with a craft beer or cocktail. Their famous SOB sauce remains a customer favorite, adding a unique flavor to every bite.
