Laid-Back Beer Garden and Burger Joint Opens Its Doors in Fort Worth

A new and exciting beer garden and burger destination has opened in Fort Worth’s River District. Crystal Springs Hideaway is now welcoming guests at 113 Roberts Cut Off Road. This vibrant spot boasts a Texas beer and wine garden with over 25 draft beers, delicious burgers, and refreshing cocktails. Plus, there’s an exciting wine, cheese, and charcuterie shop, all set in a beautifully renovated space filled with an atmosphere built for fun with TVs, live music, and a shaded beer garden. The location’s grand celebration begins on Friday, January 3, 2025.

According to the press release, owners of Crystal Springs Hideaway JD Granger and his wife Shanna, finally found a historically significant property. The carriage house, bungalow, and 150-year-old cottonwoods showcase this historical significance, with meticulous renovations and design details preserving site history while introducing a platform for excellent food service and care.

Big Kat Burgers, a beloved Fort Worth food truck, has finally settled in its new kitchen at Crystal Springs Hideaway. Alongside their acclaimed burgers, the burger joint will introduce a variety of new menu offerings, such as chicken sandwiches, BLTs, salads, and shareable dishes, like mama’s corn dip and beer-battered jalapeño bottle caps. Guests can enjoy a delectable brunch menu, available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Crystal Springs’ wine, cheese, and charcuterie shoppe will offer a “Build-Your-Own” cheese and charcuterie board, featuring unique wines at various price points to pair with a favorite cheese and meat.
