The new Deep Ellum location is DFW’s third location with factories located in Richardson and Arlington. Other Texas locations are in San Antonio and Katy.
Originating in 2013 as a food truck, The Peach Cobbler Factory became a chain when it began franchising in 2022. The Deep Ellum location’s franchisees are Malcolm and Seneca Durham, who also own Dallas-Fort Worth Esthetics.
Their menu features warm, delicious cobblers with ice cream, banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, Belgian waffles, brownies, and more. Find twelve flavors of cobbler, like peach, strawberry peach, and walnut raisin, and twelve flavors of banana pudding, featuring pumpkin spice and chocolate chocolate chip and much more. Milkshakes are another popular item on the menu with 24 flavors. How about trying the honey apple cobbler milkshake or the cherry cobbler milkshake?
