Gourmet Toast and Juice Bar Comes to Dallas

Texas welcomes Toastique, the Washington DC-based gourmet toast and juice bar, which opened near Addison at 5455 Belt Line Road on February 10.

With locations in Washington, DC, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Virginia, the restaurant concept was created in 2018 by businesswoman and former collegiate athlete Brianna Keefe. As a D1 athlete in college, she rapidly discovered how crucial it was to eat healthily throughout the day to maintain her energy levels while on the run. Brianna experimented with different toast creations to fit her hectic schedule, including her original avocado toast.

Customers will love the cold-pressed juices. These special juices are created by carefully grinding and pressing to separate the fibers that bind fruit and vegetable cells together. The cold-pressed juicing method can produce up to 30 percent more juice.

Acai bowls, toast, smoothies, lattes, and grab-and-go items are all available on the menu. There are a couple of toast options to try, like avocado toast with watermelon radish and marinated tomatoes or the three cheese Italian with Prosciutto, melted Swiss, and fontina with roasted garlic onion jam, topped with dressed arugula on jalapeño cheddar toast.

The acai bowls are not only healthy, but they are also beautiful looking. How about dragonberry with pitaya (dragon fruit), mango, strawberry, agave, and coconut water? The bowl is all topped with strawberry, kiwi, goji berry, coconut, granola, and honey drizzle. The Blue Mystique has blue spirulina, banana, pineapple, mango, and almond milk and is topped with granola, banana, pineapple, coconut, and honey drizzle.

Customers can order a wellness shot like an Immunity shot with turmeric, ginger, lemon, and black pepper. Collagen is a big trend, and guests can find those drinks, too—flavors like the Turmeric Latte or the Blueberry Lavender Lemon Latte.
