Experience the nostalgia of family recipes and traditions at this Italian restaurant founded by a skillful Italian-born chef.
The much-anticipated italian restaurant, La Stella Cucina Verace, opened its doors in the Dallas Art District just a few weeks ago on March 12, 2022. The magnificent and authentic Italian fare served in this new restaurant is made by Italian-born Michelin chef, Luigi Iannuario, who also served as the executive chef of the now defunct Italian restaurant, Da Mario. Aside from Iannuario, La Stella is also managed by Da Mario alum, Riccardo Ravagglia, who is now La Stellaās managing partner and maĆ®tre dā.
La Stella aims to provide customers with authentic Italian cuisine that will make them feel like they are dining out right in the heart of Italy. They serve a fried dough appetizer called gnocco fritto; spicy lobster pasta; short rib rigatoni; risotto; and special emphasis on imported prosciutto, sliced tableside.
The chefs will also be dry aging their own meats and table-slice said meats by the guests table! Don’t forget to enjoy their quality wines and unique drink mixtures. For dessert, you can enjoy some delectable tiramisu or semifreddo alla Nutella with meringue and coated in hot chocolate sauce (akin to the texture of mousse). See this dessert below!
You can find La Stella Cucina Verace at 2330 Flora St ste.150, Dallas, TX 75201. They are open 4:30pm – 10:00pm on Monday through Thursday, from 4:30pm – midnight on Friday & Saturday, and are closed on Sunday.
