National Best Bagel competition winner Starship lands a new location in North Dallas at 6859 Arapaho Road #603. This brand-new bagel shop opens on April 12 and it’s the third DFW location.
Starship started in Lewisville in 2022, then opened a kiosk in downtown Dallas near the iconic Giant Eyeball sculpture in 2023.
Starship serves a variety of bagel sandwiches, even some signature ones with a spaceship theme including the Millennial Falcon, like a bagel version of avocado toast, and the Supernova lox, a smoked salmon bagel loaded with capers and lots of veggies. Starship’s bagels are made fresh from scratch every day.
Starship won a national Best Bagel competition at NY Bagelfest 2023, winning against popular bagel shops such as Utopia Bagels of Queens and St-Viateur Bagels of Montreal, Canada, in a blind taste test of plain bagels judged by a panel of bread experts.

The primary menu offers a bagel and schmear for $5. There are also a limited selection of sandwiches including lox, smoked salmon from Acme Smoked Fish Co. flown in from Brooklyn.
Starship Bagel offers online ordering and catering services. The shop can work with local cafés or restaurants, from selling wholesale bagels to merchandise collabs and pop-ups.
