Tonight was a scheduled high-altitude test launch of SpaceX’s Rocketship, a spacecraft designed for trips to the moon and Mars. Unfortunately the Raptor engine performed an auto-abort at the literal last second before liftoff and the test was scrubbed and postponed for tomorrow (December 9th).
Even so we still get this gorgeous video of Starship preparing for liftoff with the gorgeous Texas sky as a backdrop, it’s 10 minutes of total space and Texas geek candy you have to see.
