Ever wanted to ride in a hot air balloon? Now’s your chance!
A hot air balloon festival is coming to Horseshoe Bay Resort near Austin on April 10th. At this two-day event, you’ll be able to go up in real hot air balloons and take selfies from 3,000 feet. How awesome does that sound?
If you’re afraid of heights, don’t worry ā this festival still has plenty of things for you to do! On Friday night, there’s going to be live music, a wine tasting, an arts and crafts fair, and a special balloon glow show.
On Saturday, you’ll be able to get into the Easter spirit by watching a helicopter drop Easter eggs from the sky. A few other shows will be happening throughout the day too, including a safari show and a skydiving show.
If that doesn’t sound like enough to keep you busy, there will also be balloon artists, face painters, vendors, and live music performances by Bob Schneider. This festival truly has something for everyone, so it would be a great place to spend Easter weekend with your family!
