A beloved local coffee brand is expanding its presence in North Texas with a second storefront in Prosper.
Family-owned Six Sips Coffee Co officially opened its newest location on February 21, 2026, inside Rock Creek Church, offering residents another gathering place to enjoy handcrafted drinks and fresh pastries.
The business began as a mobile coffee setup operated by three sisters and their husbands before launching its first brick-and-mortar café in 2023. Since then, it has built a loyal following drawn to its welcoming atmosphere and crafted beverages.
The newly opened space brings many of the shop’s signature offerings. While the menu is slightly more streamlined to fit the church-based location, customers can still expect specialty espresso drinks, teas, and baked goods that have become staples of the brand.
Opening inside a church reflects the company’s continued focus on connection and community. The space is designed to serve as a convenient stop for morning coffee, post-service meetups, and casual conversations throughout the week.

The menu features pastries, bagels, croissants, muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls, and kolaches. Customers can also get avocado toast, bacon and Swiss egg bites, bacon breakfast tacos, brisket tacos, bagel sandwiches, and more.
They serve warm coffee drinks, espresso, cappuccinos, and cold drinks like iced latte and iced coffee.
The second location marks another milestone for the family-run operation and reinforces its commitment to creating comfortable, welcoming spaces where residents can gather over a cup of coffee.
