The most opulent of Benjamin Berg’s three restaurants, Turner’s Cut, is set to open in the last week of June, under the Berg Hospitality Group. In Houston’s Autry Park, Turner’s Cut is an original Berg Hospitality Group concept that serves fine dining in an opulent, Gilded Age-style steakhouse with white-glove service, daily live music, and exquisite gastronomy.

The restaurant, located at 811 Buffalo Park Drive, Suite 160, will showcase tasting menus and tableside service in addition to its specialty of grilling rare cuts of meat. The restaurant will offer a seafood-filled raw bar cart, a prime rib slicing cart, and a martini cart where customers can create their own innovative drink concoctions. Gold-cut crystal is a must see, which was used to construct the bar. Every day, there will be live music on the mezzanine level, and the dining area features luxurious furnishings and banquettes made of white leather. For private parties, request the wine cellar for two people, which holds over 2,000 bottles, or the State Room, which can accommodate 24 people.

In the same week, Berg will open The Sylvie, located on the ground floor of Houston’s Downtown Texas Tower. The restaurant will serve French-European cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a bistro-like setting. Learn more at https://www.thesylviehtx.com/.
