Mister O1, a Michelin-recognized pizzeria with a strong following in Texas, Georgia, and Florida, officially opened its doors in Fort Worth on September 16, 2025, at 628 Harrold St. #100 on West 7th.
There are four Mister 01 locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, in Grapevine (129 S. Main St.), Mansfield (1520 E. Debbie Lane), Flower Mound (4630 Long Prairie Road), and Dallas (3838 Oak Lawn Ave.). This Fort Worth location marks the chain’s sixth spot in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and its second Fort Worth outpost, joining the Alliance location that debuted earlier this summer.
Originally founded in Miami by southern Italian chef Renato Viola, Mister O1 blends traditional Italian techniques with a modern and creative twist. PMQ Pizza Magazine’s 2025 Pizza Power Report ranked Mister 01’s Grapevine location as the best independent pizzeria in the U.S. for the second consecutive year.
Mister O1 uses only the finest and freshest ingredients that are imported from Italy or locally sourced. The artisanal pizza is a delicate thin crust style with very light dough, which is prepared and rests for a minimum of 72 hours into natural levitation before being served.
A menu highlight is the Star Carlos, a star-shaped pizza filled with ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Spanish sausage chorizo, tomatoes, arugula, avocado, Italian parmesan, and jalapeno sauce. Another is the Star Luca, a star-shaped pizza filled with ricotta cheese, Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, spicy salami calabrese, and fresh basil. More adventurous eaters can dive into the Coffee Paolo, a blend of mozzarella, gorgonzola, honey, coffee, and spicy salami. Customers can also order traditional pizzas like cheese, sausage, pepperoni, and more. Beyond pizza, diners will find hearty calzones, burrata specialties, crisp salads, and even dessert pizzas.

The new West 7th location is a sleek 3,000-square-foot space featuring an open kitchen, modern Italian design, and a patio perfect for sipping wine and enjoying a star-shaped slice.
