The annual holiday-themed Tipsy Elf has closed up shop and transformed into a new summer-fun, beach party pop-up named Tipsy Beach. Tipsy Beach, presented by Exxir, is an immersive pop-up bar experience, creating a beach getaway with 85 yards of sand and themed beach bars in the heart of Bishop Arts, from June 7 to July 7, 2024.
