Coming June 20 to Meow Wolf Grapevine, Prime Materia features an all-new, immersive bar and interactive space within The Real Unreal. Designed with all ages in mind, this imaginative addition invites guests to dive even deeper into Meow Wolf’s vibrant, ever-evolving story world and interactive art.

At Prime Materia, visitors will encounter an enchanting blend of narrative and flavor, where elixir-style drinks, whimsical snacks, hands-on art, and an eccentric crew of Gizmo_Mancer mixologists await. These quirky, tech-savvy alchemists specialize in crafting one-of-a-kind beverages that blend digital wizardry with storytelling magic to create delicious drinks from code and mixing concoctions.

Part art show with new elements, part refreshment hub, and part theatrical experience, Prime Materia offers a fresh reason to come to The Real Unreal. Whether guests are there to sip, snack, or seek hidden clues, this curious corner of the exhibit invites every guest to unlock new layers of this unique experience and adventure.

Guests can find a special menu of classic cocktails, non-alcoholic elixirs, and a curated selection of beer and wine, including the Overclocked Margarita, Elderberry Gin Potion, and Cold Brew Tincture. Every specialty cocktail comes with the option to maximize your drink with exciting enhancements like a fog-emitting CryoCore Cup (powered by JetChill), a swirl of cotton candy for visual flair, or a bubble topper that adds a fizzy touch of magic. On the snack front, expect playful bites like Pop Pixels, a dill and white cheddar popcorn blend, Kernel Panic, a sweet, candied popcorn treat, and classic Pretzel Bits for a satisfying salty crunch.

Built by Meow Wolf Grapevine’s local team of artists, fabricators, and storytellers, Prime Materia reflects the creative spirit that earned The Real Unreal a 2024 Webby Award and recognition as one of USA Today‘s Top Immersive Art Experiences in the U.S. This new activation offers guests of all ages an unexpected way to interact, explore, and play within Meow Wolf Grapevine.
