Organized by Craft Hospitality LLC, the second annual Dallas Coffee Festival takes place on April 18–19, 2026, at Gilley’s Dallas, a well-known event space that provides an energetic backdrop for this immersive coffee experience.
The Dallas Coffee Festival is an interactive tasting experience where attendees are encouraged to slow down and sample a variety of brews, as well as talk directly with coffee experts. From carefully sourced beans to inventive seasonal drinks, the event showcases the diversity of modern coffee culture. Guests can sample a wide range of coffee tastings, exploring flavors and styles side by side. Attendees can discover a new favorite roast or learn why a brewing method can completely change the taste of the same bean.
Top roasters and cafés from across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, like Ostara Coffee, BVP Coffee Co., Elevate Coffee Trading, White Rhino Coffee, Lemmo, and more, will use this interactive event as a platform to share their craft, tell their stories, and connect with new audiences, in hopes to stand out from a competitive market. This emphasis on community gives the festival a distinct local identity and a glance into coffee trends.
In addition to coffee, food vendors will serve snacks and desserts that pair naturally with different roasts, while live music helps create a relaxed, social atmosphere, featuring Mary Hinton, Rosy L, Rafa & Josue, and the Other Vessels.
Guests will enjoy conversations with baristas and roasters about sourcing, roasting techniques, and brewing methods. Even casual coffee drinkers walk away with a deeper appreciation for what goes into their daily cup.
Participants can choose between early admission tickets and general admission tickets. Early Admission tickets allow guests to enter the venue an extra hour before general admission tickets, while offering the chance to enjoy the event during the general admission session.
Dallas has steadily built a reputation for its food scene, and coffee is now an important part of that identity. Events like this signal that the culture has matured and moved beyond craftsmanship.
Whether someone is deeply invested in specialty coffee or just enjoys a good latte, the experience will be memorable, fun, and engaging.
