Satisfy that taco craving by visiting a new taqueria in Uptown Dallas named The Taco Stand. This West Coast, family-owned taco restaurant stems from ShÅwa Hospitality, based in La Jolla, California. The recently opened street taco joint is at 3227 McKinney Avenue, #100.
Known for its high-quality meat and authentic ingredients, Julian Hakim and Aram Baloyan, ShoĢwa Hospitality co-founders and northern Mexico natives, started The Taco Stand. The taco stands of Tijuana and Baja Peninsula cuisine inspired the business partners to build this restaurant. The Taco Stand now operates 13 locations across California, Florida, Nevada, and Texas, providing customers with an authentic taco experience.
The expansive menu features handmade corn tortillas, high-grade meats, and the freshest ingredients to make daily guacamole and salsas from scratch. Besides tacos, quesadillas, and burritos, the restaurant offers an excellent selection of Mexican-flavored popsicles, refreshments, imported beer, and freshly prepared Rosarito-style churros.
Some yummy selections include Carne Asada or Mahi Mahi tacos, Angus Steak burritos, the bean and cheese burrito, cheese quesadillas, and chicken quesadillas. Thereās lots more like Carne Asada fries and guacamole.
