A stylish new dining destination has arrived in Park Cities called The Reserve at The Highland. Located at 5300 E. Mockingbird Lane, the restaurant welcomes guests into a stylishly modernized space inside the recently renovated The Highland Hotel. Taking over the former Knife restaurant location, The Reserve presents a new twist to the traditional steakhouse under the leadership of Chef Andrew Bell, a Dallas native known for his creative style.
The steakhouse features all-natural, Texas-raised meats and a menu that balances classic tradition with contemporary comfort. Guests can dine in the elegant dining room or relax on the flagstone garden patio, where outdoor seating and a cozy fireplace create the perfect setting for any occasion.

The menu highlights include grilled tallow oysters, lobster Amatriciana, Dover sole meunière, hanger steak frites, and a crispy chicken sandwich. The cocktail menu shines with creative sips, such as The Reserve Spritz, served in a mini-Moët Champagne bottle, and the smoky Texas Sunburn made with mezcal. An assortment of zero-proof drinks ensures that everyone can relax with a nice drink.
Diners can indulge in decadent desserts like the Baked Dallas, a whisky cake crowned with butter pecan ice cream, or the Chocolate Budino layered with salted caramel and hazelnuts.
The Reserve at The Highland brings a fresh sophistication to Dallas dining, blending modern sophistication with neighborhood charm.
