Created with freeze-dried Skittles, Shipley Do-Nuts recently unveiled its first-ever store-wide limited-time doughnut. This spectacular doughnut flavor is available in all Texas stores and 350+ Shipley shops nationwide through March 31, 2024, or while supplies last.

The first brand in the U.S. to offer freeze-dried Skittles on a doughnut is Shipley Do-Nuts. This traditional yeast doughnut has strawberry or cherry icing and is topped with zesty, fruity, freeze-dried Skittles. The hexagon-shaped doughnut will offer a unique experience and become renowned for its fluff and light, yet tangy, crunchy taste.

This fun new flavor is the first limited-time donut in the store’s 88-year history. The unique doughnut flavor is just the start of more surprises for Shipley Do-Nut’s customers in the coming months.

In 1936, Shipley Do-Nuts launched its business, charging five cents for hot, freshly cooked doughnuts. Since then, the company has been recognized as the official cold brew, coffee, and doughnut of the Houston Cougars. The company’s extraordinary doughnuts are sold at more than 350 locations in 12 states. The chain expects to open more locations in Colorado after expanding into Maryland and Georgia in 2023.
