Dallas will soon add another new premium burger and chicken sandwich destination with the grand opening of Cleaver and Co. on Saturday, February 15. Cleaver & Co, situated at 4438 McKinney Avenue, is a collaborative venture by veteran restaurateurs Pat Garza and Pardeep Sharma (Roti Grill, India Palace), whose partnership and friendship extends over a decade.
Located along the upscale McKinney Avenue, this fast-casual spot combines the butcher shop feel with the energy of a sports bar, offering a fresh take on high-end burgers, chicken sandwiches, and hand-spun milkshakes. This marks the first stand-alone location for Cleaver and Co., which has already gained a following with spots inside food halls in Georgia and Colorado.
Some menu highlights include burger options like build your own burger or a cheeseburger with the signature Cleaver sauce. Customers can try the West Coast burger with avocado mash, Monterey jack cheese, tomato, grilled onions, pomegranate butter, cilantro crema or the Backyard BBQ burger with coleslaw, Monterey jack cheese, pickles, and chipotle-BBQ sauce. Chicken lovers will enjoy the chipotle chicken sandwich, the smoked honey chicken sandwich, and the crispy chicken sandwich, among other great options.
For something sweet and creamy, try the hand-spun milkshakes, made with premium ice cream and real ingredients, including classic flavors like chocolate and vanilla, signature flavors like chocolate caramel and cookies and cream, and delicious root beer floats.
